This evening, I had the distinct pleasure of swearing in the re-appointed members of the Planning Board. Standing from left to right; Thomas Heaslip Jr, Mark Rinaldi, Eleanor "Nonie" Reid and Marshall Donat. Please join me in congratulating and wishing them well in their new terms.
